What each option includes
The free initial session
We have 30 minutes on Zoom to discuss your goals, timing, and the kind of help you need. There is no payment or obligation. Detailed investigation, technical reviews, and implementation are paid work.
Hourly consulting
The rate is $200 USD per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Additional time is agreed in advance and billed in 15-minute increments at $50. Preparation, offline review, and written work count only when we have agreed them.
Paid sessions are prepaid after we confirm the scope and availability. The first free meeting helps us decide what would be useful.
Custom work
If you need an architecture or security review, an AI pilot, a payment integration, or ongoing technical advice, I will prepare a proposal. It will explain the work, deliverables, assumptions, schedule, and fee before you commit.
All prices are in USD, with applicable taxes extra. Third-party services and other expenses are agreed separately. Changes that affect the cost or timing need your approval.

Can I start without knowing which option I need?
Yes. Choose the free initial session and tell me what you are trying to do. We can decide together whether an hour, a project, or another kind of help makes sense.
How soon can we meet?
Choose from the times available in the calendar. After you submit your brief, you can choose a time for the free initial session.
Does a technical review include a security audit?
The proposal defines the evidence and systems I will review. Penetration testing, a comprehensive source or smart-contract audit, compliance certification, and incident response need a separate specialist scope.
What happens before paid work starts?
We agree the scope, price, payment schedule, confidentiality, and access arrangements in writing. You can read more about working together.
