Inquiries

The short inquiry form saves your name, email, selected service, project context, any optional details you provide, and consent date in the website's hosted database. Only the authorized owner can review these records. A reference appears after the information is saved. The form does not send an automatic email.

Booking a meeting

After you submit the inquiry form, the site offers a free 30-minute initial meeting through Calendly. The calendar loads only when you choose to show available times. Calendly then processes the contact details, meeting responses, and technical information needed for scheduling. It handles booking confirmations and its own cookie choices. Saving an inquiry does not reserve a meeting. Your appointment is confirmed by Calendly. Calendly bookings are separate from the website's inquiry records and do not automatically sync into the owner workspace.

Proposals and onboarding

Proposals, your response, and onboarding information are stored with the engagement record. Private client links expire after fourteen days and can be replaced. A new proposal version invalidates earlier links and confirmations.

How information is used

We use your information to respond, prepare for a meeting, assess fit, and manage agreed work. We do not send inquiries to an AI model. Do not include passwords, private keys, patient records, confidential customer files, or production data in these forms. We agree a secure sharing method separately when needed.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and a few interactions, and Microsoft Clarity provides interaction measurements, heatmaps, and session recordings of public pages. Google Tag Manager manages the Google measurement tags. Optional analytics stay off until you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not affect the inquiry form or booking options.

Clarity uses Relaxed masking: public text and images remain visible, while input values, dropdowns, forms, and sections marked private are masked. Clarity does not load on the inquiry page. Private client pages, proposals, onboarding, and the owner workspace do not load these analytics tools.

Google receives clean page addresses without query strings or fragments. Interaction events use only controlled labels, such as the service option, an AI summary provider, or a booking link placement. Names, email addresses, project descriptions, inquiry references, and private client links are not intentionally sent as analytics events. Clarity is skipped when a page address or referrer contains an unrecognized query or fragment.

These providers may process device and browser details, interaction data, and network information. We use these tools to improve the site, not to build advertising audiences. See Google's privacy policy and Microsoft's privacy statement.

Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice. The choice is stored in this website's browser storage for up to 180 days. Withdrawing a previous permission reloads the page to stop the running analytics tools and removes their accessible cookies. Calendly manages its own cookies separately.

Hosting and other services

Hosting and database providers process the technical data needed to operate the site. The site uses short-lived hashed submission keys to limit abuse. Email correspondence uses Outlook. Owner sign-in uses the hosting platform's authentication. Some pages load Google Fonts. External services have their own privacy and cookie practices.

Your choices

Email us to ask about your information, correct it, or request deletion where applicable. We retain correspondence and engagement records as needed for the service and applicable obligations. The authorized owner can delete inquiries.
